I was introduced to Hatteras Island at a young age when my family would come Spring, Summer and Fall to visit.  It was always our dream to move to this beautiful island and in 1999 we finally said goodbye to Northern Virginia for good and bought our first Hatteras home that my father remodeled with the help of my mother and I.  After graduating from Cape Hatteras secondary school and getting an Associates in Art degree from The College of the Albemarle, I enjoyed years of traveling to pursue my passion for surfing, kiteboarding and yoga.  I quickly learned Dorothy said it best, “there’s no place like home”. 

Over the years I bought, remodeled and sold my own home and property. My husband and I eventually settled down and built our dream home here in the heart of Buxton where we live with our 2 beautiful daughters.  I am a board member with The Hatteras Island Cancer Foundation and enjoy giving back to this wonderful community.

I am high paced and like to be challenged.
