Tricia grew up in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley, Virginia. A graduate of Greensboro College, Tricia spent many year in corporate sales as part of a national marketing and sales company. her work brought her to the Outer Banks, where she ultimately fell in love - with a boy and also with Hatteras Island. Tricia knew that Hatteras Island was where she wanted to live and work and make it her reality over 13 years. 

Tricia brings an additional 3 years of local Property Management marketing experience to her extensive sales resume. She enjoys helping her clients achieve personal success and happiness in guiding them with their purchases. Passionate about helping her Buyers & Sellers, Tricia has continued to leverage her know-how and experience to exceed her clients expectations. 

When not working you can find Tricia enjoying "island life" to the fullest with her husband Zack, cooking and entertaining friends and family. An avid animal lover, she can be found riding for miles on the Cape Hatteras National Seashore on her Arabian horse Kashmir, training for her next endurance ride.
