Originally from Hampton Roads, Virginia, my love for the Outer Banks began during my childhood vacations and was solidified after spending a summer living on Hatteras Island while in college. After earning my degree in Communication Studies and Marketing from Longwood University in 2006, I returned to Avon to make this beautiful Island my home.

In 2007 I began working in property management at Outer Beaches Realty, specializing in marketing. While working there I gained my real estate license. Since 2013, I have dedicated my real estate career to helping my clients achieve their dreams of owning the perfect vacation home. Specializing in second homes, vacation rentals, and investment properties, I provide expert local knowledge and a personalized approach to real estate that ensures my clients feel confident and informed every step of the way. 

Having lived and worked in this beautiful area for years, I offer invaluable insights into the local knowledge that make the Outer Banks real estate market so unique. My commitment goes beyond just closing deals - I genuinely care about my clients and their long-term success. In addition to real estate, I have a passion for interior decorating and home staging. During my time working in property management, I transitioned from their marketing department into their interior design division. Drawing from by background in both, I help clients identify projects that will provide the highest return on investment, ensuring that your property is not only functional but also maximized for its potential in the marketplace.

Outside of real estate, I'm a wife to a veteran professional kiteboarder turned charter captain as well as a mother to our 10-year-old daughter. When I'm not working with clients, you can find me spending time at the beach with my friends and family, gardening, enjoying live music, or traveling to new destinations.
